What program is used to write DVD/VCD's?
What program is used to write the output of ffDiaporama to DVD/VCD's for playing is a stardard DVD player? I am using Ubuntu 14.04.

After much discussion with technical experts I found the problem was not in the DVD writers, but in the DVD players. Prior to 2010, DVD players could only read DVD+R's -OR- DVD-R's -BUT NOT BOTH! I tried different manufacturers, differnt write speeds, and + & - R's but I could not get them to play in both my DVD players. I found a new DVD player and everything works. Therefore, when making a DVD for a friend, make sure you know what will play in their DVD player.
