Portable version
- Portable version is designed to be launched from an USB key with the
: PortableffDiaporama-2.1
Remarks
- To avoid any obstinacy of ffmpeg files, it is strongly recommend to uninstall previous ffDiaporama version before installing this one.
- If you use Internet Explorer 10, it is possible that Internet Explorer renames the extension of the downloaded file to .gz. If you experience this "little novelty of IE", do not try to open the file but save it and rename the extension from .gz to .exe before launching the file.
Ubuntu/Linux Mint (Ubuntu based)
ffDiaporama is available in the official Ubuntu repository from the version 12.10 (Quantal quetzal). But, these packages are outdated!
Updated packages for Ubuntu are available on Launchpad on the ffDiaporama-stable PPA.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ffdiaporamateam/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ffdiaporama
sudo apt-get install ffdiaporama-texturemate
sudo apt-get install ffdiaporama-openclipart
