Presentation directly out of the programme/timeline

For a free software ffdiaporama does really well. Thanks for that.
Since I am doing slide/multimedia presentations, it would be great to have an option with which one could present directly out of the programme to have a live presentation instead of exporting a video (which is running only fully automatic).
This shouldn't be a technical problem.
Just maximize the timeline to complete screen dimension and start, halt or stop it e.g. per clicking the space button.
Examples how this looks like could be taken from commercial windows software like m.objects (mobjects.com) or Wings Platinum from AV Stumpfl.
