How to write vob file to VCD?

Now that I have solved the writing of a vob file to a DVD (see other post), how do I write the vob file to a VCD? I don't want to use DVD's when a CD will hold the show. Thanks.

I think you can try using a DVD to VCD software. There are tons of them on the Internet.
