Improvement suggestion file import
for the file import it would be quite nice to get the files imported sorted by the date.
You can sort the files in the file selector box by date but the will by imported in every case sorted by the name.
This is very inconvenient if you use different cameras parallel which give the files different names and you like to mix these pictures but in time sequence.

Re: Improvement suggestion file import
Hello Joerg
In fact, it is a bit more complicated than that because the insertion is not based on the order of display in the file selector, but rather on the insert option rule in the option dialog (by name or number).
And indeed, I may consider a third option based on the date.

Re: Improvement suggestion file import
Hello,
I'm sorry to say but the new file selector in 1.6 is even worse then before because now you can't sort the files by date at all.
I have to go back to an old version.

Re: Improvement suggestion file import
Hello,
this is not a real alternative.
I can sort them in the external file manager by date, but I can't move them together to ffDiaporama. At this moment they lose their sort sequence and arrive in alphabetic order.
So I have to move them one by one or in small groups with the same name prefix.
This is why I suggested earlier the import sorted by date.
