smooth acceleration/slo down in transition and objet movement

Hello.

I would like to know if you plan adding smooth transitions and object movement in ffDiaporama, if this is in the roadmap.

To my opinion, this is the first thing any user see when watch a video made with ffDiaporama, and even unconsciously, thinks "this is an amateur slideshow".

i would be glad on trying to hack in your code to help on this matter, however I would be glad if I can have some hint on where to start !

Thanks.

Re: smooth acceleration/slo down in transition and objet movement

Hello

You can change speed curve in option dialog from linear to quarter sin. So you have the effect you ask for.

Re: smooth acceleration/slo down in transition and objet movement

There are several reasons:
-First of all, you're the first to ask me for.
-Then, this option can create a disappointing result in complex animations (when moving in several motion, for example).

When I have a little more time, I plan to change this option so that it is not global any more but selectable for each transition and for each animation of block.

Thanks for your quick reply !
I would go straight to the best solution : enable by default this quarter sin for every animation when it works and look good and just disable it when it gives a weird result. I'm sure that what any user want smile
