[Solved]AVCHD support

As far as I can see, the software doesn't support *.MTS (AVCHD) movie files. Is this true? And if it is true, are there any plans for incorporating this format? Many point and shoot cameras make movies in this format...

Hello

I work on the support of the AVCHD but I have some problems.
In the next one devel that I shall publish in a few days, the ACVHD will be activated in a very experimental way.
I need small clip (10 to 20 seconds) to help me. At present, I have only clips from a CANNON HF137.

Could you provide me clip from over camera ?

Of course! You can download it here: http://johnvanhulst.com/ffdiaporama/latvia.mts Made with a Panasonic DMC-TZ7. AVCHD Lite compression, 1280 * 720, 50 fps (double PAL framerate), stereo sound.

bonjour:
de retour de vacances.
pour la version 20120814.
voici 2 clips (réglages différents) fait avec une caméra JVC GZ-E15.
le problème avec ces clips, le format mts généré par la caméra est entrelacé https://dl.dropbox.com/u/91967254/mts.zip.
On peut bien visualiser le 003 mais pas le 002, et à l'encodage l'entrelacement est visible, le découpage s'avère délicat.
Par contre le fichier du post précédent (latvia) est impeccable.

Bon je met mon message ici en français pour ne pas ouvrir un autre fil et regrouper le sujet.

Pour l'entrelacement, je continu de travailler.
J'ai entrepris d'utiliser le filtre YADIF de libav, mais c'est très mal documenté !
Enfin, je pense que d'ici à quelques jours ... ça devrait être bon.
