Why can't I create a Render of my Project?

I am running Windows 7 and the 2.1 version and unable to render (using any output) of a project.

I tried the original Examplea.ffd file as a test and that doesn't work either.

Dialogue states - "Job Error! Please contact ffDiaporama team."

I used your excellent software last year for a project and just finished this years version (all went well) but I cannot render it.

I am also unsure what language file I should use for the ISO693 code is it "eng" for English? (I did try to render without sound but still get error.

I want to create a MP4 or AVI for projector.

[User Error!] - It appears that the default folder was not correct and when I forced in the actual location all is well!!
