Error "Auftragsfehler" at Create Video

I'm using this program for the first time.
Some bugs with version stable version 1.6, but solved in beta 1.7 with good results.
But now with version beta 2.01 and 2.02 I have a major bug at creating a video file - independig from various settings!

Always an error window opens "Auftragfehler bitte kontaktieren Sie das FF_Diaporama Team"

This error occurs at old and new Projects and connot be solved by rollback to beta2.01. Unfortuantly the beta1.7 is removed from the web, so i hav'nt test this.

pls Keep me informed about solving thsi issue.

I'm using W8.1 (64 bit) Failure occurs also on 32bit version

Open Create Video and start encoding ( independent choice of format !) - then error occurs. Windows problem report shows various application errors like missing qsqlite.dll or Qt5GUI.ddl or QTGui4.dll
no problem reports from harware konfiguration manger of my system.
pls contact me per email, I can send you a small ff_project wich contain setting and errror messages.

Hello!

Thanks for this great piece of software, quite awesome functionality in a cross platform tool.
Unfortunately I'm experiencing the same problem. On Windows (64Bit) when starting to generate a video in any format the error pops up right aber beginning (at 0%).

It affects stable version 1.6 as well as 2.0 beta 3.
In version 1.6 it told someting with 'text' in the background - perhaps an issue with the text 'engine'?

Thanks for a feedback on this! I'll try the linux version for now.

Hello again,

I tried the generation with a new project, just with one Dia. It shows the same error popup.
It does not depend on whether there's text in the frame or a picture.

I just checked for the 1.6 Linux version (Kubuntu packages). It works perfectly fine.

Hello

Often this kind of problems can be solved by deleting the configuration ffdiaporama files (~/.ffDiaporama on Linux or c:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\ffDiaporama on Windows)

Can you try that?
