ffdiaporama 1.4 issues

Hi,

I'm quite new to ffdiaporama but already love it, as with the support of videos it is exactly that pice of software that is able to create amazing slideshows. So first of all I want to thank you for your efforts to create this tool.

However, I came across some issues that I would consider as bugs.

Both are reproducible with ffdiaporama 1.4 on Linux and on Windows and I did not notice any comment about a similar thing in the recent changes.

To reproduce, add a single image to the project, open the dia and add the same image as second shot. For the second shot, zoom in quite far.

See this video for the result (2 sec for the first shot, 10 sec for the second shot; for best quality switch to 1080p):

First issue: Starting at second 5, it seems that the image overflows somehow: It overlaps from the right. In the preview of the video in ffdiaporama this is not the case.
Expectation: As in the preview, no overlapping should occur.

Second issue: The zooming is not smooth, the whole video jitters. This can also be observed in the preview, when stepping frame by frame (In the uploaded video you have to look closely, best in 1080p; however I had cases where this was more noticeable, if wanted I can provide an additional video). I don't know if this helps, but the same can be observed when using a video instead of an image.

If you need additional info, please ask!

Thanks in advance,
Tromse

Re: ffdiaporama 1.4 issues

Hi serge,
thanks for your quick reply!
The example you provided actually solves both of the problems I described.
I guess I better have a closer look at the helpsites.

Thank you so much!
