[Solved]Maximum image size
Hi,
is there a limitation on the maximum image size that can be used? I'm trying to create some scrolling effect for a panorama image but the block coordinates always max out at twice the full HD project size (ie. 3840 and -3840 or 2160 and -2160). For larger images this creates in the preview a fold-back effect, meaning the image restarts from the beginning after reaching the 3840th pixel. I'm using version 1.3.1 on Windows 7.
Thanks

Re: [Solved]Maximum image size
Hello
I'm sorry but I'm not understanding the trouble : There is no limitation on image size.
Could you please send me a zip with project and image files where the problem occurs ?
Processeur i5 - 8 Go RAM - Manjaro Linux KDE (64 bits) / Windows 7 (64 bits)

Re: [Solved]Maximum image size
Ok, I'll try to describe what I'm doing and I will send a project file and pictures too:
1. Add panorama file to project (5819x1080 px)
2. Edit slide
3. Block coordinates -> Adjust to full image
4. Define height of current block: enter 1080 (width of current block is automatically set to 3840)
5. Click Add shot
6. Move the new shot to the right of the image (Define X position of current block "maxes" out at -3840, the small preview pictures on the shots bar shows only a checkerboard pattern)
7. Click OK.
The preview on my desktop shows the image restart / fold-back effect (AMD Athlon 2x, Win 7 64 bit) while on my netbook (Intel Atom, Win 7 32 bit) it looks correct.

Re: [Solved]Maximum image size
I see now the error of my ways. I should have used image reframing instead of moving the block around on the screen.
Thanks for domledom for enlightening me!
