FFMPEG ERROR Ubuntu 12.04

Hi,

I keep getting an error everytime I try to render a project. For sake of curiosity I tried it out with some existing project files that I created while running Ubuntu 11.10 but its no use. I read another post here in the forum by "traveller" and followed the instructions on the page explaining how to build ffDiaporama 1.2

http://ffdiaporama.tuxfamily.org/?page_id=3628&lang=en

but it still hasn't worked for me. I then tried running it from terminal and this is the output I get when I try to render a video:

Re: FFMPEG ERROR Ubuntu 12.04

thanks Sestay for the suggestion.....
I gave it a try but it was of no use.....the moment I click on the render button, all that happens is the window closes and rendering doesn't begin. Do you think a complete reinstall of Ubuntu will help? (I really hope I can avoid doing that tho.....)....thanks again, but I'm back at square one.

I did too but its no use........such a pity cuz I use this software for all my business videos. Could it have something to do with the fact that I'm using Gnome 3 on my desktop? I don't think so.....right?

Anyways, I'm gonna give it one last try after which I give up sad

Re: FFMPEG ERROR Ubuntu 12.04

Hello

Could you please installed latest version 1.3.1 and try again.

If errors occurs, please let met know
- Which export model you are using ?
- Version of Ubuntu (32 or 64 bits) ?
- Make a "avconv -version" if ubuntu 12.04 or a ffmpeg -version with previous ubuntu ?
- Errors messages when starting ffDiaporama in console mode

In your first post, the error was : "/home/korso19/Desktop/Akshitarpana.avi: No such file or directory"
It means that /home/korso19/Desktop/ was not a valid path : may be korso instead korso19 ? Your homedir seems to be /home/korso/
